Change of Use, Pharmacy – Park View, Pitmedden, Aberdeenshire 

McGregor Garrow Architecture were appointed to look into the possibility of converting an existing dwelling house into a Pharmacy.

Once a layout and design was agreed with the client, a pre-application enquiry  was submitted to the Aberdeenshire Council, to gauge the likelihood of the proposals being supported. Following positive feedback, a formal Change of Use planning application was submitted.

McGregor Garrow Architecture obtained planning and building warrant approval for this project in 2017.
