Farmhouse Extension – Rothienorman, Aberdeenshire 

McGregor Garrow Architecture were appointed to design a contemporary single storey extension to this old farmhouse, in Aberdeenshire.

McGregor Garrow Architecture were employed to provide full architectural services from conception to completion. Following the Feasibility Study, we obtained the planning and building warrant approvals, from the council. We then arranged a competitive tender, with local builders providing fixed tender costs for carrying out the works. Having accepted the chosen builder, McGregor Garrow Architecture carried out regular inspections during the construction phase. Meeting with the client and builder to ensure the building was built as per the contract and acting as contract Administrator.
