New-Build House – Fasque Estate, Fettercairn, Aberdeenshire

McGregor Garrow Architecture were appointed to design this fantastic new build house at Fasque Estate, near Fettercairn.

Full services were provided from conception, and the project will be seen through to completion in 2023. Following a Feasibility Study, planning and building warrant approvals were obtained from Aberdeenshire Council. A competitive tender process was carried out before the building contractor was selected. McGregor Garrow Architecture are carrying out regular inspections during the construction phase – it is exciting and satisfying to see the progress. More to follow on completion………
