New Garages and Pool/Cinema Room – Pitfodels, Aberdeen

When an existing double garage was not enough for our client, and his amazing collection of cars, McGregor Garrow Architecture were appointed to extend the existing garage, as well as design brilliant new garages with a pool/cinema room above.  Complete with a very energy efficient heating system and photovoltaic panels, this solution really does provide the whole package.

Full services were provided from conception to completion. Following a Feasibility Study, Planning and Building Warrant approvals were obtained from Aberdeen City Council, and then a building contractor was selected. McGregor Garrow Architecture carried out regular inspections throughout the construction phase, to ensure the project was built as designed.  The end result is fantastic, and is surrounded by beautiful landscaping.
