Project Stages

McGregor Garrow Architects have completed many successful projects, with a list of delighted clients who have gone on to recommend our
services to others (see testimonials below). We offer a wide range of Services, covering all stages, including:

Free Consultation

Initial meeting to discuss ideas, provide advice and the process. We can then develop the brief and provide an Offer of Services.

Feasibility Study

Typically, the 1st stage, and includes; measurement survey of the property, Initial design drawings, 3D visualisations and reporting of the overall Project Budget costs.

Planning

Preparation of a full set of Planning drawings, submission of the Planning Application and responding to any queries and issues relating to the application.

Building Warrant

Obtain structural engineers quote, prepare detailed drawings, U-value calculations, submission of Building Warrant application and clearing of comments from council to obtain approval.

Tender

Prepare drawings/documentation for fixed tender cost, report tenders, tender review meetings, appoint the chosen contractor, prepare and issue a CDM (H&S) Action Plan.

Construction

Pre-start meeting, carry out site inspection/meetings, contract administration, liaise with Building Warrant Officer, issue contractor with a snagging list prior to completion.
